SERVICE
Srilatha Suri is deeply committed to community service and uses her platform to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally. Each year, she spearheads the Echoes of India* program—an initiative that brings together art, awareness, and advocacy. Through numerous fundraisers and cultural events, she tirelessly champions causes close to her heart, including health equity and the preservation of classical arts.
In addition to her role as a teacher and performer, Smt. Srilatha Suri serves as the Cultural Coordinator for the Dallas Chapter of Yuva Bharathi, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting emerging artists.
Her efforts in propagating Kuchipudi in the United States have been recognized by the Andhra Pradesh State Cultural Council and the Department of Culture.

*Founded in 2010, Echoes of India is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a dual mission: to combat the devastating health and economic effects of fluoride-contaminated groundwater in the tribal district of Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, India, and to support and promote classical artists. The organization serves as a bridge between service and culture, and uplifts communities through both healing and heritage.
